Sew Many Layouts Technique Blog Hop!

It's here! The Sew Many Layouts Technique Blog Hop! We are celebrating National Crafting Month
and will be sharing with you a few techniques.

Here's my fun technique:

Paper Folding Border

Cut two or three (depending of the length of your border) strips of patterned design paper. Height 2inch, length 12inch. Make sure you cut strips with the pattern down (for horizontal border). I used two strips on my layout.

Start scoring your piece of paper at 2inch. Then score at 0,5inch, then 1inch, then 0,5inch, then 1inch, etc. Until your strip is done. And go on with your second strip. Then fold your strip like the picture below:

And attach the strips together. Use double sided tape on the back in the middle to attach your border on your page.

This is an easy and fun technique for awesome creative dimensional borders on your scrapbook pages. This technique can also be used for fun borders on your cards. Have fun!
